Contractual Agreement Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

The person named overleaf and/or the person/s signing the confirmation shall be known as The Hirer. It will be deemed that The Hirer accepts responsibility for himself/herself and for every person in his/her party and fully agrees to the conditions of hire as follows:
1. a) All bookings are by pre-booking only and must be confirmed within 7 days with a deposit of no less that one half of the total amount, before it is accepted as a positive booking, unless by prior agreement.
b) On weddings and special hires e.g. daily hire, Ascot etc., payment in full must be received at our office at least 22 days before the date of hire. If payment is not received by that date the booking will automatically be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
c) On all short-term bookings payment must be made in advance at least 10 days beforehand for cheque payments or in case of cash atleast 1 day prior to commencement of journey.
2. In the event of cancellation any deposit paid would be forfeited. However unavoidable circumstances e.g. hospitalisation, bereavement etc., may mean deposits may be refunded at the discretion of A2Z-Limos 4 u.
3. No responsibility can be accepted for adverse weather conditions (i.e. snow, flooding etc.) which may cause delay to or cancellation of a booking by A2Z-Limos 4 u.
4. Whilst every effort is afforded to the serviceability of the vehicles, no responsibility can be accepted for mechanical, electrical or material breakdowns howsoever caused. In this unlikely event every effort will be made for immediate repair to the vehicle so that the journey can continue or The Hirer will be transferred to another vehicle/s and any reasonable extra cost incurred will be borne by A2Z-Limos 4 u or refund given.
5. In the event of breakdown or accident to the vehicle booked, prior to the date of booking, every effort will be made to supply a similar or alternative vehicle/s at the discretion of A2Z-Limos 4 u. If this is not acceptable to The Hirer a refund will be made of any money paid.
6. A2Z-Limos4u reserves the right at any time to change/replace the vehicle/s booked or advertised in order to maintain The Company's high standard. The replacement vehicle would be of the same type and colour as originally booked and duly notified to The Hirer.
7. The consumption of food/food products and suchlike is not permitted inside the vehicle.
8. The alcoholic drinks supplied by A2Z-Limos4u may only be consumed within the vehicle/s and must not be removed from it at any time. Hirers are not permitted to supply their own drinks unless by special arrangement.
9. The Hirer shall be fully responsible and liable for any damage caused both inside and outside of the vehicle by The Hirer and/or any member of his/her party howsoever caused. This includes incitement to any third party, which results in damage to the vehicle or its contents. The Hirer will agree to be liable for the total cost of the repair and A2Z-Limos 4 u will determine the location of the repairer. The Hirer will be liable to pay to A2Z-Limos 4 u a fixed daily rate (determined by A2Z-Limos 4 u) while the vehicle is out of commission for such repairs, also any other incurred losses i.e. by lost bookings.
10. A2Z-Limos 4 u and its representatives (e.g. chauffeurs) reserve the right to refuse entry to the vehicle/s any person/s they deem unfit for whatsoever reason and can refuse to continue the journey if any person/s behaves in a manner which may be detrimental to other persons or to the vehicle and its contents. In this event no refund will be given.
11. A minimum £100.00 valeting charge will be levied if through misuse by The Hirer from food, drink or illness extra cleaning becomes necessary (or whatever the resulting cost may be in excess of this amount to rectify the damage caused).
12. Any extra requests or alterations to the booking (i.e. additional pick-up points, change of venue causing extra mileage or time) not made at the time of booking/confirmation cannot necessarily be guaranteed. Although every effort will be made to comply with those requirements, these may incur extra costs to The Hirer.
13. Once a booking is made and confirmed and deposit paid, the price quoted to The Hirer will not be subject to alteration unless there are any deviations from the details of the booking (see condition 12).
14. A2Z-Limos 4 u discretion shall be decided by the partners of The Company and their decision will be fully binding in all matters.
15. The Hirer is liable for all glassware breakages at a replacement cost of £10.00 per item.
16. Due to insurance restrictions and licensing authorities our limousines have been designated NON-SMOKING vehicles. Any infringement of this policy will deem the hire invalid and all monies paid will be forfeited and the rental terminated immediately.
17. By signing and returning this form The Hirer has entered into a binding contract with A2Z-Limos 4 u.
